Become a provider
This page contains information for developers and data managers who wish to share data through the GISIN. To get started please to read the Introduction to GISIN and the Definitions of terms used by GISIN. Then, if you wish to provide data through the GISIN, read the 'Data Providers' section below.
Data Providers
You can share data through the GISIN if you either have a web server or can setup a web server that is available on the Internet. If you currently have a web site you should be able to share data through GISIN. Use the GISIN PHP Toolkit if you can run PHP scripts on your web server. We have an ASP toolkit in development but if you cannot use PHP and want to get running quickly you will need to write scripts that adhere to the GISIN Protocol.

After you have a provider service up and running, use the Provider's Tests to ensure it is working properly.
